  • Can you replace my existing heater?

    Whatever your existing water heater i.e. ANDREWS, LOCHINVAR or A O SMITH or whatever your existing boiler i.e. IDEAL, VAILLANT, VEISMANN or WORCESTER BOSCH - If your water heater or boiler needs replacing, we can offer Energy efficient, hydrogen ready, replacements - AT FACTORY PRICES.


  • Are your products Hydrogen ready?

    Through our supplier partnerships with Rinnai UK water heaters & ATAG Commercial Boilers, Factory Heaters Ltd guarantee to offer appliances capable of blending up to 30% Hydrogen with Natural Gas, which can then be easily modified to support 100% Hydrogen as and when required. This will ensure a smooth transition to ZERO CARBON EMISSIONS for our customers and avoid expensive replacement costs.

  • When will I receive delivery?

    Standard Delivery will be within 3 working days of order payment


  • How much is delivery?

    - Delivery is free of charge within ZONE A                                                                                                                           i.e all mainland GB postcode areas (except The Highlands).


     - Delivery will be subject to a delivery charge of £50 within ZONE B.

         

       Zone B deliveries include, but is not limited to, the following areas:-


     - The Highlands & Islands

     - Isle of Man

     - Isle of Whyte

     - Northern Ireland

     - Ireland

     - Channel Islands. 


    Any delivery charges applicable to your order will be indicated in the basket during the checkout process


  • What is your cancellation policy?

    You are entitled to cancel an order and return the goods within 30 working days for a full refund, including the cost of delivery. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone:-quoting your order/invoice number


    Any goods returned should be unused, in the original packaging and in a saleable condition. Subject to Goods being received in a saleable condition, your refund will be paid within 30 days. 


    If you cancel an order, you will be responsible for the cost, and risk of loss or damage, when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your Buyers rights when we are at fault - for example if goods are faulty or misdescribed.


Free Delivery

Free Delivery on all GB Mainland orders, deliveries will usually be within 3 working days. Free delivery applies to mainland GB (excluding the Highlands).


For delivery to The Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man or any other island, please contact us prior to ordering for a bespoke price.
